I will strive to help you reach your mental health goals, while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques integrating other approaches such as, Motivational Interviewing or humanistic therapy. The counseling relationship is a working relationship and treatment can be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Your mental health journey will include discovering new ways to cope, setting and working to obtain your life goals, learning to achieve balance and becoming able to better connect with others on the road to your overall mental wellness.
